Product overview: Rubber kneader mixer is mainly used for rubber and other assistants mixing and plasticizing under the condition of enclosed, pressured space inside the kneader.
Rubber kneader mixer is widely used in natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound mixing. It is a type of dispersion kneader, consisting of pneumatic control system, electric control system, tilting mechanism, mixing chamber, main driving system, dust sealing device, thermal resistance, rotor and cooling/heating system. The frame adopts steel plate welded structure, owning the advantages of whole processing, high strength and good stability.
Product features:
1.The compactly unitized dispersion mixer combines all the tilt mixer components on a common bed. This structure simplifies installation and can be easily re-located.
2.With completely condition, materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stale quality.
3.Spiral angle and over lapping length of blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly.
4.Surface contacting with the materials are all plated with hard chromium and polished, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
5.Hydraulic pressure tilting mechanism with the advantage of fast discharging materials and 140 tilt angle. Such a design makes it possible to arrange the upstream and the downstream process steps in a line and facilitates stock color changing and the mixing chamber cleaning.
6.High efficiency, energy saving and saving occupied space.
